Welcome to Juna. By using our website and services you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Juna is the trading name for TastyPlates Limited and we provide subscription access to recipe content, shopping lists, and related features. We do not deliver groceries or ingredients

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Do not share your password. You must provide accurate information.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The monthly plan is £0.99 for the first month (intro offer), then £4.99 per month. The yearly plan is £34.99. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. You can cancel any time from your account. If you cancel during a paid period you keep access until the end of that period.

4. Free trial

New subscribers may receive a free first month. We reserve the right to change or withdraw free trial offers.

5. Categories and add ons

The base plan includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner categories. Some features or categories may be introduced or changed over time.

6. Content rules

Recipes include UK measurements, macro information, and allergen guidance. Nutrition values are estimates. Allergen information is guidance only. Always check labels on your own ingredients and use your judgment for dietary needs.

7. No repeats policy

We aim to avoid repeating recipes for at least 6 months. In rare cases a close variation may appear if it meets dietary rules.

8. Use of AI

Parts of the site may be assisted by AI, including spell checking and image creation. Final content is reviewed before publishing.

9. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission. Do not attempt to bypass paywalls or security.

10. Intellectual property

All content on Juna is owned by us or licensed to us. Juna is a protected brand. You may not use our marks without written consent.

11. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension. Refunds are not guaranteed but we will consider requests in line with consumer law.

12. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance may occur.

13. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email.
